L’origen of the company
In 1998 the first international raids of adventure was organized, the X-Mountain European Nature Race and with it was born a team: The Extreme Team.
With time, Extrem Team plans its seasons with an increasingly solid base, assuming responsibilities with its collaborators and sponsors. It is at this moment that they decide to take on the role of professionalization in a sporting discipline - adventure sports - unprofessional until now.
Seriousness, consistency, well-done work and good sporting results accompany Extrem Team, which is proclaimed Team of the World of Raids of Adventure for two consecutive years, 2000 and 2001.
Since the first competition, the team's goals are not only focused on sports results. The team has always been reluctant to share the knowledge and experiences acquired throughout its race in competition. Of these concerns, a consultancy and services company was created in 2003, which offers the entire experience of world bets to develop projects to truly and safely enjoy sports and outdoor activities.

Lluís Capdevila
Physical trainer, specialist in the design of routes and organization of sporting events
As a professional raid racer, I participated in 29 World Cup races, and I've won twice the Adventure Raids World Cup, 2000 and 2001, and once the European raids championship in Raids of Adventure, Adventure I have participated 2 times in RAID GAULOISES and up to 6 times in the RAIVERD, among many others with various teams. As a runner, skier and mountaineer in 1985 I won the Catalan Alpine Skiing Cup. I have climbed to the Mont Blanc with skis, I have participated in an expedition to Makalu (Nepal) 8484 m, at K2 (Pakistan) 8611 m. I have climbed to the Nevado Volcano Ojos del Salado (Chile) 6983 m., In Cotopaxi (Ecuador) 5897 m., In Fujiyama (Japan) 3776 m. to Kilimanjaro (Tanzania) 5895 m.i to the snowfall of Toluca (Mexico) 4673m. In addition climbs and climbs tops of the Alps, Dolomites, Rocky Mountains, Pyrenees. As a mountain biker, I was an elite runner from 1989 to 1995. In 1992 I was Champion of Catalonia and Champion of the Open of Barcelona. I have participated in the championship of Europe in Austria and the World Championship in Canada. In 1986 I was a professional runner of the CIRSA road bike team.

Specialist in the creation of tourist products, communication and project management
I received a degree in Humanities from Pompeu Fabra University and I studied a postgraduate degree in cultural management applied to local entities. With more than 7 years of experience as a tourism technician, I have worked in various public management projects of Tourism, highlighting the Management of the Promotion Plan for the tourism product hiking the 3 mountains. It was from this project that I became interested in and specialized in active and sports tourism, both in the theoretical aspects, carrying out a variety of specialization courses and market knowledge as well as in their practice. Working at the office with the experiences of my everyday adventures pedaling, running and mountain skiing provide a much more realistic and reliable vision while developing technical and consultancy projects. Since 2010, I have been working with Lluís Capdevila in Extrem Team consulting projects.
